My name is Bryce Johnson. I am a student at Mead High School, in Mrs. Thomas's Advanced Painting class. I also took her Beginning Drawing class in my freshman year. I enjoy drawing and painting, and I like that painting starts with a rough sketch of what you're painting. When I draw, I try to challenge myself and learn through experience and trail-and-error. I do this to improve my weaker abilities as an artist. Some of my other interests include video games and cosplay. I believe video games and drawing or painting have similar methods of growth, as to be skilled at either one, you have to put in both time and effort, and acknowledge when you make mistakes so you can improve upon them over time. Over the school year, I hope to improve greatly at creating art that looks and feels amazing.
